Emily Pool from Brook Street has gotten in touch with me and from the first conversation on the phone, she has made me feel so special about myself, like no-one else did before. I absolutely love talking to her, she is enthusiastic and cheerful, she believes in me, my skills and my ability. I feel really special every time we talk. My Recruitement consultant James was very helpful in finding me a good role and helping with vetting documents Unfortunately the admin team have appalling customer service skills and I felt alienated while in my placement. My contract was wrongly terminated with HMRC, was given promises this was going to be investigated. They never got back. Never expect them to help if you get into difficulty. Full of reassances that does not go anywhere, extremely unreliable.
I Hafeez, made a call to Brookstreet and my contact was Darren Dymek. I like to say he was very prompt in acting for me. He asked for all my relevant personal details and my CV. Within days Darren put me forward for a perspective job role that suits me and the employer wanted to see me immediately for an interview. Darren was very confident in me. He contacted me throughout and when he promised to make a call the next day at a particular time, he did. Darren booked the interview and my interview went well, updated Darren. Few days later he called me saying that the job has been offered to me. On my start date Darren wished me all the best on my first day of my new adventure & even popped in to see me with some goodies. I am grateful for his service. All should be working like him.
