Stay clear of this company. My parents bought this sofa 2 years ago. They paid £800 for it. They have no pets and the sofa has had very little use. 6 months ago they noticed some light tears in the leather and these have gradually gotten worse, despite one of the areas never having been sat upon. It’s almost as if the leather is drying out and becoming brittle. I spoke to Redworth Furniture Centre to see if there was anything they could do and also to bring to their attention, a possible manufacturing / product issue. They couldn’t have been less interested. We weren’t looking for a full refund, nor would we expect the company to replace after 2 years. What we did expect was them to offer to repair it, to come and assess the damage or maybe even offer something towards a replacement. Nothing. The lady on the phone couldn’t give a damn. Please avoid these and spend your money elsewhere.
Paid nearly £2k for a reclining sofa and chairs. Immediately had to have them out due to nails sticking out of fabric . 18 months later metal is bent, reclining mechanisms broken. Shoddy build and quality. Warranty is 12 months, shop unwilling to help. Will never purchase from here again
Fantastic customer service. Happy to help without trying to force a sale on you. Lovely friendly staff. Will definitely go back to this store
Id give it less of i could. Bought a corner sofa with arm chair. Perfect untill delivered when i realised there are NO fire safety lables on either. This is a EU standard by LAW and when confronted they done nothing to resolve the situation.
Bought sideboard and TV stand. Excellent quality. Friendly staff. Stored items for five months while house restoration went on
Customer service terrible once money handed over they not bothered Quality terrible- looks good under the show room lights - wait until you get it home then you will see the quality when it breaks
Parents in law bought a three piece suite from them in January and are still waiting for a chair to be delivered and it is almost June. Would not recommend.
