I would like to share my customer service experience , went in store yesterday and Steph served us she has just come back from maternity leave, she was so friendly and bubbly and really made the experience easy and pleasant , she actually cheered me up and couldn’t do enough for us
Looking for a new mattress, had a price range of around £350 and Jasmine offered me to try out a few mattresses & we found the perfect one, a little out of my price range but not by too much. Quick & easy. Very happy, thank you Jasmine :
Steph was very knowledgeable about the products in store. She gave us options and allowed us to make our own choice with being pushy. She provided excellent customer service to us
I dealt with a young lass called Gemma, not pushy. He was very helpful and had no issues with her. Everything went brilliant from the start even went bk 2 weeks after and gpt a £1000 pound mattress from her
Upon entering the shop the pushy sales girl immediately pounced on me, I had just got through the door. Less than a minute later a guy walked in and had a brief conversation with her, slagging off a store colleague that was not in, to which they both had a laugh at the name he'd made up for her. What an absolute disgrace. Pushy sales girl Jasmine, wanted to know what I wanted, was I looking for something in particular, did I have an idea of what I wanted. Skilled at harassing a customer. I knew exactly what I wanted, I did say I was fine and didn't need help, but still she persisted. I was sharp after the next ambush but that didn't deter her. Then she needed my details for an invoice which was unnecessary. At this point the short plump guy intervened feeling he had to have his input and and felt it necessary to explain the purpose of an invoice. Clearly ignored by me checking an email he shut up and carried on ripping up boxes. What a plonker. Awful staff, save yourself the bother and go elsewhere.
Gemma sold us the bed in Bishop Auckland store - outstanding woman and exemplary service. She's a credit to the Benson's team! The delivery guys were fantastic and super fast! Highly professional and would certainly recommend this service to others. It's been a pleasure to have met these three people and to have been provided an incredible service from beginning to end. So thank you and credit where it's due!
Top notch service from staff at Bishop Auckland store to the delivery team at home, they couldn't do enough for us. Well done Bensons for Beds.

The delivery drivers were spot on!! Couldn’t be more helpful. Barry the delivery driver and Matty was the drivers mate. Definitely did the company credit :D
