Excellent service at the Bishop Auckland shop from start to finish. Danny was very friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He is a real asset to your company. The delivery team were polite and professional to. The bed has a 10yr guarantee and is extremely comfortable. I learnt a lot about mattresses thanks to Danny.

Bought 2 single beds and mattresses for my parents at Bishop Auckland store would definately recommend sales guy Mike Reilly very knowledgeable and helpful nothing was a problem. Beds arrived exactly on time 2 lovely lads again no problem used Linthorpe beds previously and would definately use again
Danny was very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly & approachable. There was a very range of beds, mattresses , styles & colours on display & to order. We would highly recommend this store/showroom & staff. Delivery drivers were also very respectful, quick, efficient & professional too.
Went in to try a emma mattress as it said online that they were in store in bishop auckland got a very sharp we don't have them in store so I can't show you them by the sales assistant. Very bad attitude and no customer service skills at all. Eventually I went to the Darlington store where I was greated and served by a lovely lady called Heather.
Thanks Linthorpe beds at Bishop Auckland for our new bed & mattresses. Very comfy. Daniel was very helpful & knowledgeable.
Friendly helpful staff but I was disappointed I had to make the bed up when it arrived. The bed and mattress weren't cheap so I think it should have been put together by the delivery men I wasn't told till after I'd paid I was responsible for putting the bed together had I known previously I wouldn't have made the purchase

Very honest and reliable... even gave lots of advice on how to choose the best mattress and they were never pushy at all when we went shopping elsewhere for price/quality comparisons as well as old mattress removal.... service was excellent as we came back to finally purchase it ... thankyou to the Bishop Auckland branch of Linthorpes for all your help which was above and beyond!
Wont ever buy from these again ..ordered 2 beds ....paid alot of money ..got rid of our beds ourselves so it wud be easier for delivery guys ..which were really good ..but the blame lies with there sales team . When i paid was told it wud be free delivery and installation..boxes were dumped and 1 bed was put together ..the other was left all boxed up ..so called store and told them to collect it as was promised installtion..wont be returning to this store ever again and want a refund ..lies were told was also promised pillows but not getting them now
