We have just had an extension built by Lochinvar and we are over the moon! We needed some extra space out with our kitchen to use as a dining room and the finished result has transformed our house. We were especially happy with the bi fold windows and doors, which we are looking forward to opening up fully in the summer so we can enjoy our family bbq’s. Thanks to Gary in Sales, Chic and his construction team and Melissa, Kirsty and Charles in the office, everyone has been amazing. The project was finished within 8 weeks and the build team were very clean and tidy all the way through. This was our second Lochinvar project in 10 years and once again we were delighted! - Many Thanks from The Hislop Family
We looked at a few different places before deciding to go with Lochinvar for our patio doors and windows - they were reasonably priced, easiest to contact and had good availability despite being really busy. The fitting was very quick and clean. We would definitely recommend and look forward to using Lochinvar again.
The staff at Lochivar were extremely helpful in choosing our windows. No pressure sales talk. Installation was a breeze. The guys made a fantastic job and left everything spotless. Great craftmanship including finishing. I really recommend this friendly, local and professional company.
Lochinver supplied and fitted three windows and a new door for me in late October. I found the whole buying and fitting experience to be effortless with Lochinver. They kept me updated at every stage of the process. The guys who came to fit were really nice, did a great job, and also were extremely efficient and tidy. Lochinver are an extremely professional outfit and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

We needed to replace a couple of broken bedroom windows and approached Lochinvar having had previous good experiences with them replacing windows and fitting a patio door. They responded really quickly and the sales manager and surveyor were both really helpful in selecting the best option for us. The lead time quoted was accurate to within a few days and the fitting was done really quickly without any mess or disruption. Throw in competitive prices and we couldn’t really want more. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Lochinvar have recently done an excellent job supplying and fitting 4x PVC sash windows at our Edinburgh flat. From Kenny's initial sales visit, through pre-install calls with Melissa, Charles and Kirsty, to installation with Tam, Steve and Nelly the experience was great. The installers arrived bang on when they said they would, and kept our flat clean during and after install; I honestly could not believe the efficiency with which the installers worked - fantastic, and they were all a good laugh and very polite / courteous, too! A trickle vent on one of our new windows had to be replaced - Lochinvar did this quickly and professionally, and Graham the maintenance installer was exactly like the other installers mentioned above. You really can't argue with the quality of materials, installation, or customer care at the price we paid - we would definitely recommend to all! We were definitely "better by far with Lochinvar" - thanks again!
AMAZING COMPANY ... VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF ... FROM THE INITIAL CONTACT WITH CHARLES, THEN KENNY WHO ADVISED US ON OUR WINDOWS AND GAVE AN ESTIMATION OF THE COSTS, THEN DAVIE, THE SURVEYOR TO THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION TEAM, LED BY TAM, EVERYTHING WENT SEEMLESSLY. WINDOWS ARE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, NO MESS, NO NOISE AND COMPLIMENTS FROM OUR NEIGHBOURS TO HOW CONSIDERATE AND TIDY THEY WERE ... WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
