We were thrilled with the plans for our home renovations and we got so much more than we had envisaged thanks to the innovative uses of space and extra design features. Very happy with the design Mark created for a large extension to our home using space in the drive. He also suggested changes to the existing layout of the house that were an excellent idea. Marchitects recently designed and managed an extension and major refurbishment of our property. From the initial visit to look at the property with advice on the various options through to drawing up the plans, obtaining planning consent and then managing the 8 month building project we were highly impressed throughout. Mark’s professionalism, knowledge, expertise, attention to detail and time management is excellent. He kept us fully informed at all stages. We are truly delighted with the end result and would thoroughly recommend Marchitects.
I have worked with Mark on 4 projects; all extensions to my house over a 6 year period. Mark is diligent and knowledgable, knows his stuff and doesn;t stand for builders trying to take short cuts or the like. Never shys from the hard conversations and is open and up front. We approached Mark for help applying for planning permission for windows as our house is listed grade B. He was very knowledgable and made our experience stress free, dealing directly with the council for us.
