Seriously can't fault this place amazing food and staff are amazing. Very friendly. Definitely be returning.
Got to admit I never heard of it but I do live in Sheffield, it was my sister who told me about it, got to say the place was beautiful inside was very clean, had a lovely girl waiting on, the food that was served to the other three looked and by all accounts tasted beautiful and was hot, I myself fancied fish & chips with mushy peas, and of course 2 slices of bread an butter large fish now I do have a good appetite but when it came there was 2 fish stacked the fish an the chips an peas was hot the fish was beautiful it fact it all was did I manage to eat it all ! Just did make a couple of chip butties, would I go to this place again, Absolutely all credit to where it's due. Well done to all had a great day. Big thankyou.
Went for only our second time, but must say we thought that The Carnarvon at Skegby was good. But this place leaves it way behind. Took our 2 young children with us also. They had chicken burgers, the chicken was gorgeous perfectly cooked. My wife had Steak pie n Veg she said it was gorgeous. I had The Salmon Meal, must say the Best Fish Meal I've ever had. Also the Service was Excellent. Highly recommended and many thanks to all Staff members and Management.

First time here and can say was not disappointed warm welcome when we arrived 1st class service the food was delicious will definitely be coming here again thank you x
Food was as good as always. But we were not told a funeral wake had been booked and we had to vacate our table by 3.30pm We did not have starters and when we finished our main course we were told only time for a quick coffee no deserts. As it was a 65th wedding aniversary treat we were very disappointed. At no point were we told a wake was taking place

What can I say? Absolutely lovely meal and fantastic, pleasant service. Came here for my husband's 65th birthday and we had a very warm welcome. We even brought our own cake. The lady serving not only lit candles etc she provided plates,spoons and even a jjug of cream. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his birthday thanks to Redgate. We will definitely be back
