Fairly basic railway station with limited seating and shelter on the platforms. There's not much to do while you're waiting for your train, although the services are regular enough that you shouldn't be waiting too long. Easy to get to the beach from this station, although it could do with signage on which way to go upon exiting the station.
Basic station with waiting shelters on both platforms and a ticket machine on the northbound platform only. Pleasant is summer but quite exposed so rather chilly in winter. Access via ramps from the road which passes beneath railway just to the north of the station.
Updated Shelters in both directions are an improvement, but ticket machine only available on the westbound platform to Middlesbrough and doesn't support contactless yet, hopefully Wheelchair access westbound to Middlesbrough is via the Cleveland Bay car park at the rear and not by the station entrance.
Great area of redcar, local pubs, shops, parks, train station and bus routes.
Very small local station has a,shelter and ticket machine
Just collecting my son from college, nearest station
Convenience is the word.
