Updated Shelters in both directions are an improvement, but ticket machine only available on the westbound platform to Middlesbrough and doesn't support contactless (yet, hopefully) 
Wheelchair access westbound to Middlesbrough is via the Cleveland Bay car park at the rear and not by the station entrance.
