I am beyond happy with the excellent service provided by Red Car for our wedding! Kevin expertly took us through our options and pricing for a shuttle for our guests, providing helpful advice along the way. And our driver, Joe, took such care in shuttling our guests along the various stops from ceremony to reception to ensuring guests got home safely at the end of the evening. Thank you, Red Car, for your part in making our wedding day run so smoothly and happily!
I love using red car service. They are always on time if not early, every driver I have met is very friendly and courteous. The cars are shiny and clean making the trip very comfortable. I feel very confident booking through red car as I have used them three times now and every time I find them to be efficient. As a single female traveler, I travelling with red car very safe and easy instead of getting in an Uber with someone random.
We recently used Red Car service to and from Pearson airport. Michael Loughrin was our driver both ways. What a delight. Michael was prompt, polite, and efficient. He knows all the shortcuts if traffic is bad. But most of all Michael is a delightful conversationalist. He made a sometimes stressful drive extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you Michael for being the best.
I must give a big thumbs up to the service I have received with Red Car. To Ayden who helped me book a trip to Union Station with advice on the best way to do it, to Steve the incredible driver.. He was punctual, super friendly, careful/attentive driver, and so helpful. He dropped me right at the door to Terminal 1 with detailed instructions on how to get the UP express train to Union Station. A definite asset to your company!! Thank you again for the great service!
We had a wonderful experience with Red Car. Our driver Michael was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, and drove our team from Fergus to Toronto for a Blue Jays Game and lunch. He was a fabulous city driver, and stayed calm and patient in the gridlock traffic! Overall it was a fabulous day and we are very thankful to Red Car for helping to make the day a success! I highly recommend their services.
We used Red Car Service to shuttle our wedding guests between the venue and their hotel / airBnB. They were on time and professional, exactly what you'd want from this kind of service. Kevin was easy to deal with when setting up what we needed. Also their vehicle had a simple black exterior that was much more subtle than some of their competitors. They worked directly with the venue event staff making our special day super easy.
We used two of the small buses for our conference on the weekend to deliver people to various venues for tours around the university and back and forth to the hotel. We had so many compliments. The buses were on time and comfortable and we had quite a few compliments on how friendly and helpful the drivers were. An over all great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
Took Red Car from Guelph to Pearson Airport. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful, kind and was able to fit me in on the same day and with little notice. My driver was on time and very friendly. I will definitely recommend their services to others and definitely use them again! Thank you Red Car for making my travels a lot less stressful!!
Just had the nicest experience going/returning to the Airport …our 1st time using Red Car. Rene was our driver to Pearson International and Obeo was our return driver. Both were exceptionally considerate, and helped with luggage! Our plane was delayed 2 hours and when I emailed them early in the morning, within 5 minutes Michelle had replied! We will definitely be using your services again!
We had 2 coaches for a company event. The coaches were very nice, clean and comfortable. The drivers were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Red Car!
