Extremely unreliable! I booked a car for this morning to take me to the tube station because I had to catch a flight. I've booked the car last night due to the early hour I needed the taxi service for. After waiting infront of my house for 5 minutes I phoned up to ask where is the taxi and I was put on hold and then after a short wait disconnected. I phoned again because I needed a taxi and was told that I can rebook but the next available cab will be at mine after 20 minutes. Needless to say that when I gave my pick up location post code they knew my house number so I'm not sure how they knew that instantly but I didn't have a booking!? The best solution the operator had for me was to call the main office and complain to them! Are you people for real, when I was already 15 minutes behind schedule. I wouldn't trust this company and my family and I will never use it again! I can not think of worse customer service!

Not impressed at all, as I got over being over quoted at the cab office, but then the cab driver charged me even more even though he asked me what was the quickest route was and then informed me the other route was quicker and cheaper! This is ridiculous and so lly me for thinking help the local cab company..... should have just used Uber or Addison Lee at least I knew I would pay what I was quoted!!!!
