Unfortunately there isn't an option for Zero stars.The most disgusting Burger King anywhere. Toilets closed off and the whole lower floor was like a garbage dump. The floor was so filthy and sticky I thought my boots were going to come off. Look at the state of the seats! Upholstery has massive holes. I will never go in this place again. I hate to think how disgusting the kitchen area I. What is very disturbing is all of these complaints have been on going for at least six months. Time for Guildford Borough Council's Environmental Health to give this place a visit.

Absolutely filthy restaurant, slow service (understaffed) and an overall unpleasant experience. The couple of staff members that are actually there barely speak English and are incapable of taking an order. The toilets are... something else. Got locked up in the upper floor once; had to bang on the kitchen door to leave the cursed place. Don't hate yourself and avoid the place at all costs. Go to the Friary instead, or just eat at home. Also, there's another BK in town which isn't great, but still much better.

They were almost empty and apparently cooked my selection to order. However, it was barely warm. The nuggets were more like bullets. Not a good experience, certainly not what I expect from BK

I like the food there's fast service here which is good.The negative points are cleaners need to be employed in burger king so it stays clean and tidy and the lady's toilet cubicle are small.
