Nice village pub with a good menu. Locals actually don't have webbed fingers despite the rumours.

Having read great reviews my husband and I felt rather disappointed. We had a pre-selected meal as we were with a group of about 40 people for a lunch event. Service was very slow and the food acceptable but not particularly good. Perhaps we were unlucky that time but we wouldn't go again based on our experience

Had 40 guests for my husband's birthday and it was amazing all meals very hot, service was so quick and as always the food was excellent. Certainly the number of people did not spoil the quality we expect from the red lion and it's staff. A birthday to remember. A big thanks to every one.
