Excellent - thorough investigation and great comunication. Richard recently did some electrical work for my mother who is her early 80's. He combined thoroughness of approach with sensitivity and great communication. Good value too. Would certainly recommnend.

We have used Richard a number of times over the years and he is unfailingly cheerful and reliable. No job is too much trouble and his advice is freely givenue. 
He has rewarded my parents flat and done several small jobs at ours!

Richard has been helping me restore our new home on and off over the last six months. I have found him to be honest, communicative and reasonably priced. All sadly rare trates - I'd happily recommend him.
