Half past four on a Sunday afternoon and the toaster tripped the downstairs power. Not just the toaster but the boiler, freezer, fridge, land line, WiFi etc. Worse, the circuit breakers were all up: toggling the breakers for the downstairs sockets did nothing, cycling the master switch didn't help. Fortunately my phone had 4G coverage - I phoned several "all hours" electricians and left messages on their answering machines (none of which have been returned). Then I called MKA. He answered immediately, listened to my story then said he might be able to fix it over the phone and save me a Sunday call out fee. He then calmly and clearly talked me through resolving the problem and waited until I'd checked everything was working. No fee at all, just asked that I remember him next time I have an issue. I will. Sunday evening saved and perfect service from MKA.

Electrical Inspecting / Testing 12 Oct 2013 Mr Asif was on time and very knowledgeable and advised us on things that we will need to look at. He was lovely to deal with and called to let us know that he was on his way. Excellent service. Chrissy, RG6
