I purchased a Red Kite Baby travel cot in April 2023 Still within Warranty Recently the bars have started to play up and it no longer folds down, bars are stuck.  I have raised this issue with RedKite as it states on the tag not to return the item to store but to get in contact with RedKite themselves. I have tried to take the item back to Asda but they asked me to contact you myself to get this resolved but it seems you are not interested in a faulty product of yours?  I have been in contact with someone named David Barnes “Service Manager” who has a complete no care attitude and seems to come across with a cocky attitude  I have provided you photos of the issue and proof of purchase and you still do not want to help?  Shall I start off by boycotting this company as it seems that if someone complains about a bad item of yours, you don’t care, Especially as your selling and dealing with baby and toddler products  I will now avoid using or purchasing any RedKite products in future and to never ever recommend this brand again  Disgusting poor customer services

Good products at fair prices. Was able to easily pick up a spare part on location.

Great price for pushchair. Cheaper than anywhere else... Well made. Great to push. Great Customer service  if you ever do have queries or need help. Quick responses when e-mailing services. Really recommend the company.

Ordered their twist baby walker from their website on 5th June 2016, received a reply from them on 7th June 2016 apologising that it will dispatched on 8th June because of some delays and I'll definitely receive it on 10th June! On 9th June received another email saying it will be now delivered on 10th June instead because of another delay! At that point I thought it wasn't worth buying it from then so asked for a full refund which according to their employee was done straight away and will be with me within 5 working days.  Today, 23rd June 2016 I've checked my account and still no sign of the refund.  Ended up emailing them again asking why I've not received it yet. They lady blamed the sage system.  I replied saying if I don't get it by today, I'll pass the matter to the police.  Received another  email within an hour agreeing to pay me directly.  The whole experience left a bitter taste.  I don't know about others but my experience with them was awful and I'll advice people to avoid them if possible.

Highchair padding disappeared within 6 weeks and the customer service is appalling.

An amazing company to work with, really good quality and value baby products.

Quality products that are reasonably priced, and to top it off their customer service is second to none!
