Nice quality clothes. Smart with choice of vibrant colours. Also offers special occasion & smart casual outfits. Good selection of sizes/petites too. I consider prices to be average. Not what I would consider to be a jean shop! Staff helpful & friendly.

Clothes are abit expensive considering quality and sizes are abit out but the best place for a mature lady to get fashionable clothes.

The website clearly states that the shop closes at 7pm so as I was shopping close to 5.30 I was met with a very sullen shop assistant. When I picked out half a dozen items to try on I asked if I could try them on she wasnt happy. While I was in the changing room she turned the music off and locked the front door. I spent nearly £60 but felt that I wasnt welcome at all. She had to unlock the door to let me out so I pointed out that the website states they close at 7pm. She disputed it but I wasnt going to argue with her. I left there with the door firmly shut behind me. I had travelled across bristol to stop in there, imagine how I would have felt if I'd got there 10 min later to find it shut. The website needs to be changed.

Lovely range of ladies clothing to suit all ages and for all occasions. Helpful staff who are very good at putting outfit combinations together.

Arrived at 15.10 to return an item but shop was closed even though opening and closing times appeared on door. No reason given. The only day off for me so not happy at all

Nicely displayed. Good changing rooms. Staff helpful. Bit too pricey for me and too much polyester.
