Very quick and efficient, they have revamped it inside since my last visit - it looks very modern and clean in there, seems to work better than it did with various different desks, - now all desks (pay and collection) are in one place. Much better than it was.

This place doesn't deserve a store in Yate Shopping Centre. It's unreliable and takes too long to deliver. My daughter and I ordered a costume for her dressing up day in school and it was weeks late and she was crying her poor eyes out when she found out she didn't have a costume. Her whole class laughed at her when she had to turn up in school uniform. Very, VERY poor service and ridiculous prices. Never rely on this place!
