I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Red House Spa in Newport. Not only did Lisa not turn up for my appointment, after I sat waiting for over 40 minutes, she also didn’t reply to my message trying to organise a new appointment. I arrived at appointment at 10am, after sitting for 40 minutes waiting I decided to leave as no one in the Red House Spa seemed to know where Lisa was. I finally had a response from Lisa at 11:30am who said she had a personal appointment that ran over! I did try to message her again to rearrange, however over two weeks later still no response. I’ve had to message multiple times and even double message just to book an appointment. This is no way to run a business or treat potential customers.
I visited over Easter to have my lips done and the whole experience was brilliant. Lisa is fantastic and the whole procedure was very relaxed. My lips are fabulous, exactly the size and shape I wanted. The whole experience from numbing cream to injection and after was painless, and completely different from my previous experience with a top Harley Street practitioner in a really good way. I would recommend Lisa and the Red House Spa team to anyone, any time, especially to people on the island looking for competitively priced treatments. Both my sister and father visited on the same day for massages and had similar experiences, so thanks very much to Lisa and the team!
Spotless and professional, friendly experienced staff with a wide range of services offered. State of the art aesthetics offered along side holistic therapies, nails and lashes, all of which are delivered with a smile. The surroundings are exceptional and convenient with adequate parking. Red House offers experience and value for money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Claire is always friendly, polite and professional. She gives a fantastic massage and her room is always spotlessly clean. She's also great value for money but still a high quality service.
Treatments carried out by the most experienced professionals to high standards, lovely, welcoming team of girls with the beautiful building covering head to toe of treatments all under one roof. Fantastic experience.
Visited above red house spa to Hailey's hair salon went there with two of my daughters who both had their haircut and enjoyed it one of them was 4 years old and not the best at having her hair cut but Hailey was so good and kept her calm. Will be going again when the girls need to.
Lady was rude never introduced herself called in 20 min late no apology. Not a word spoken through massage I actually asked if lady was! An hour treatment lasted 30 minutes definitely won't be goin back
