Good hotels, great food, warm welcome. Adult's only hotel, (no children), so the room I stayed in was initially rather too warm for my liking. Also the bed was far too soft, but a quick word with staff at reception resulted in all problems being effectively remedied. The whole weekend was really great and a good time was enjoyed by all.

Felt very young at this hotel at a tender age of 54. Reception staff were welcoming. The dinning room staff went above and beyond their duties. Food was excellent with plenty of it. Room was perfect for our needs.

A fantastic place to go for a bit of pampering, a treat for the girls,all the spa treatments under one roof. ( They are charged separately ) The rooms start at standard,signature is next. But it's very,very important that you look for deals on line . Some have as much as 50% discount.. And if you are not into the pampering side of things ,the iow is a varied place ,to explore. The food at Bembridge coast is varied,between 5-7 choices each day, breakfast with made to order pancakes. Or kippers . And with live entertainment to round the day of. What would you want. We ,booked in Nov 2017, for May this year ,and had a discount of £335. All food included. Mind you drinks prices are on par with above average restaurants. Ie a glass of wine £4-5 or a bottle £17-30. Go and unwind.

Had a spa day, layout a bit odd, had to walk through a indoor bowls to get to the loo in my dressing gown. Had jacket potato for lunch, skin wasn't crispy didn't really like it but I'll put that down to personal taste. When it came to my massage I was left to wait for ages while the lady was talking. But was really cheap hence 3 stars

If you like Warner's particular take on the hotel experience, this is a good one. Stunning location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food, lovely grounds and more than adequate parking. Very good value if you use the music and entertainment provided, less so if you don't.
