Although I live a few miles away I have stayed here for two nites to experience the spa facilities. Well worth a visit. Its by the side of a lake and although a main road is in sight its still peaceful. Food is good and service is done with a smile. I recommended friends and family to stay there and they all enjoyed it.

A very nice modern hotel near to Ryde. We stayed for a weekend and found the hotel to be really well kept (if a little too corporate in places) with really good spa facilities including three saunas, a steam room and Jacuzzis. The food was great and service was also very good.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay surrounded by a picturesque lake to the rear and a wonderful woodland at the front, our room was prepared wonderfully, smelt fresh welcoming and warm. The staff were very attentive and meet my every request in a speedy and professional manner. Upon walking into the reception area each day, we were greeted as if it we had just arrived, and the salutations were greatly received. The spa area was nice as it wasn't to big and overwhelming seemed more intimate and very straightforward to use. Even though this hotel caters for families too, it was nice to have children free times. Overall its worth every penny we paid along with the meals more.

Decor out of a seventies TV soap crossed with PVC window showroom. Overly pretentious waiters trying to be posh - But failing. Starter plate squirted with coloured jus - But dry and tasteless. Lamb arrived so uncooked our waitress shrieked 'OMG! then ran it back to be cooked. Ravioli dish was like soggy paper mache in powdered custard. Not an enjoyable meal.
