Disgusting. Essentially thieves. Left phone in back of their taxi. Realised within 5 minutes. Called the office and gave my details, where we were dropped off etc, then without me even getting to the part of leaving the phone, the operator blurted out 'our driver gave you your phone back'. What the actual f***. I was calling the phone at the same time as we were on the phone with the operator, and it was ringing (could hear the dial tone) funny that when we mentioned to them that it had a tracker in and we had called the police, the phone was turned off and just went right to voicemail. Reported to the police and taxi regulatory service. AVOID these lying scumbags at all costs. Disgusting.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for the taxi to arrive. Driver was on his phone when he picked me up and did not acknowledge me getting in the car or apologise for the wait. He held his phone in his hand and continued his conversation whilst driving me to my destination. Halfway there, he finally put the phone down and apologised for the delay. He drove at excessive speeds, for example, between 60-70mph in a 40mph zone. As he turned onto my road, he picked his phone up and answered another phone call; again, whilst driving. I was not given a price or acknowledged at the end of the journey due to this call. I estimated the price and gave him the money as he continued his conversation. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in the car. I will not be using this taxi service again and can only recommend that others do not use it either.

Turned up quickly but driver didn't use meter and we'd not agreed price beforehand so he charged us 8 quid for a 2 mile journey. At the time we just paid it without thinking but in hindsight we felt ripped off. Wouldn't use them again, there's far cheaper taxi firms.
