Ordered a taxi tonight said 10 mins, went out to see the taxi leaving with someone else. Rang taxi no answer for over 15 mins the SAME taxi reappeared with no apology, terrible service
Booked a return trip to the airport. Journey there was fine. Gave the driver all my details for the pick up from airport for the return part of the trip. Driver said he will put it in the book and someone will come and pick me up. Return from. Holiday, waiting for over 30 minutes with no sign of taxi or contact from them. Call the office and I'm told that there is nothing in the book. Ask if I can get a taxi to come and pick me up as i'm stuck at the airport after midnight and get an uninterested response telling me they don't come without a deposit! They didnt offer to break this rule and help put their mistake right despite it being their own driver's fault for not booking it in! Awful service, could not recommended less!
Called taxi to go to Bolton train station, told no problem. Got to other end of Bolton and was told 24 yo girl to "get out and ask for directions" as taxi driver didn't know where he was going. Refused and made him find out where train station was, and finally got there to find out I'd missed my train and had to wait 40 minutes for another one at 23.40pm cheers guys
Punctual and nice driver who conversation all the way home BUT wow there expensive. Haslingden to great Harwood 20 pounds
Ignorant,no respect for any other road user. Made me late for work many time because drivers can't be bothered to pull in to a space to let other used road.
