Don't even bother with this company, they're completely incompetent. £50 an he seems like a good deal but you get what you pay for. We got quotes of a lot of companies each asking them the same thing. Furnature move 2 miles away and the dismantelling and reassembling of a lrg double sliding door wardrobe and 2 king size beds. What we got were 2 guys who were completely unfit for the job "literally". Some 45/55 year old guy with beer belly i was afraid was going to have a heart attack or strain himself and a 5ft non English speaking weedy guy who couldn't lift a light coffee table. My flat mate and I are 6ft women with physical disabilities so couldnt do it ourselves though we would have done a better job than these guys if we did. They dragged furnature over hardwood floor and we shouted at them to pic up and not drag a few times. They were so So very slow, they didnt think they were suppose to dismantle the wardrobe....seriously communication is bad in this company. Not only that they damaged the floor when dragging furnature over it in the old place and Damaged furnature, our matresses which they didnt even bother covering when in the van and my £350 wardrobe so badly I have to buy a new one. We asked if they were insured before hiring them and they said yes but now they're blaming everything on us because we dared to speed things up by helping not like they could even reach the top of the wardrobe anyway. As someone who works for a certification body checking businesses for their management systems and customer service etc... this company is now being taking to trading standards. Look elsewhere.
