I couldn't be happier with the service from F Smith & Son. The estimator was very friendly and made me feel he understood my needs and that the company wanted to provide us the best service. I had many queries as this was an international move, and all I got was a patient and friendly attitude, and everyone did everything they could to ensure I understood the requirements. The move itself was smooth with a crew equally friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend F Smith & Son. Making you feel listened to and cared for in stressful times like this is worth everything. I had decided from the moment the estimator came that I would use their services, but they also came up cheaper than the competitors I had contacted, so it was a win/win all the way for me! Thank you very much!

F Smith & Son were absolutely brilliant!  From the very first video inspection to create the quote all the way to moving day.  Everyone we dealt with was very, friendly and professional. Move day was excellent and the team were so careful with all of our belongings.  I would recommend them to anyone!  Great team , great service Thank you

This is the 2nd time I have used F Smith  & Son. I am a disabled person, who found their customer and quoting services first rate, including their advice.  On the day of removal the crew were late due to an earlier move. This did cause some distress but was reassured by one of the directors.  As I lived near a bus lane which became active 3pm the company sent three people to help with the move.  I found the crew very polite and respectful, and made the move less stressful.  Would I use the company again? Yes!

The service throughout my experience was excellent.  The company were communicative, responsive, calm and kind.  On the day of moving the guys were nothing but cheery, accommodating, hard-working and fast.  I would highly recommend this firm.

Both guys on the team were exceptional and worked hard to ensure everything was delivered in its state. There were stairs going up and both were so efficient getting the job done. I can’t thank your team enough. Will recommend for anyone. Many thanks

I suddenly got my moving day I called a few removal companies but found f.smith and son to be the most professional polite and accommodating. On the day of my move I found the guys to be very helpful polite and was very careful when moving my belongings. I Would recommend this company to  anyone and should I move again I would definitely being using them again Big thanks to all the staff.

I could  not fault your team.. both moving out and into storage and from storage to my new home. Both teams took all the stress away from me. Moving is one of the most stressfull times in anyones life but your collegues were able to take control and made it all look so easy. Thank you all so much Lenny
