Very clean and well equipped gym . Friendly and helpful staff. Never enjoyed the gym before until I came here and worked with Aaron Wallace as my P.T. He really knows his stuff.

By far the best equipped and laid out gym I have been to in years. Classes, free weights, cardio equipment, friendly environment and top personal trainers there to assist you.
