Great use of the space available, used to be simply class but Glen took it over and has completely revamped the place, loads of new spin bikes and gym equipment, brilliant range of classes on most of the day, just two membership prices, £20 for use of the gym, and £30 for use of the gym and all classes, you can book into individual classes for a fiver if you're not a member, if you want to b motivated and get fitter I would thoroughly recommend this gym, great instructors

For me to frequent a gym is a compliment in itself! Friendly relaxed atmosphere (until you start to exercise that is!).
