Nursery practitioner hung up the phone on me ...too bad. How unprofessional.

I was a bit anxious to start my baby in nursery as she's my first but in coat of many colours nursery my fears were completely drowned. I was totally at ease and my Baby experienced the best time in coat of many colours baby room and has grown into a strong confident 2 year old. She always looked forward to the friendly welcome each time she arrived at the nursery and soon became popular with her first words ! It's a beautiful experience knowing that your child is safe and in good hands with respectable and well trained staff that are always eager to let you know about your child's development and that's what I find in CMC nursery! I would recommend this nursery anytime. affordable and Considerate!

This is a review from one of our Parents: Hello I've been thinking to write and give feedback re baby room at CMC Uxbridge branch. I'm more than pleased about how catering caring and loving key workers are in the baby room. Petra loved it from day one when she started and only a few tears so far! Which is a massive indicator how well she's been and is looked after. A special thank you to Sandeep who went beyond her responsibilities and was super helpful with transitions, summer holidays and days when Petra wasn't feeling right. We know she's left and we miss her dearly. I also would like to note that since Jennifer joined baby room I've noticed a much more buzzing Petra, meaning interactions between key workers and babies/toddlers have improved noticeably. She and the rest of the team at baby room always give a very useful and efficient feedback at the end of the day. My bad I don't remember everyone's names, but each and everyone is so so nice and professional. I'm very pleased with the rest of the staff always there to answer a question and accommodate extra needs that children have. And although Meja's left for school almost a month ago, I still get lovely messages and "how is she doing" every time I pick up the little one. People are quick to complain and correct and ask... and it's within human nature and it helps to grow. However my sincere happiness and peace of mind when I leave my child in your good hands, also seeing evident signs of how much she enjoys it (and how much Meja used to enjoy) is my biggest compliment to you. Best wishes Ingrida

Probably one of the worse nurseries I've ever dealt with (Uxbridge branch) The nursery staff/teachers/manager are lovely and my daughter had a good time overall learning here. So I can't fault that. However this nursery is let down MASSIVELY by the admin side of things, who are just generally unhelpful and come across rude. They don't even answer the phone properly or in a professional manner... like professional establishments are meant to do. They just pink up the phone and say a blunt 'Hello' ??? They are not interested in replying to important emails or answering questions parents ask regarding paperwork, deposits , money etc, or within a reasonable time frame. You have to send more than a couple of emails over several days and make further calls just to get a response. When they do reply I've found some members of the admin team to be patronising and difficult as it often felt like they were avoiding my initial question.. I feel like they are purposely difficult to cause frustration or annoyance to parents. I had to make a complaint about one admin member who was very difficult to deal with and when I questioned her as to why she wasn't responding to my emails or answering my questions I was asking in the emails, she attempted to flip the blame to me and accused myself of being aggressive/rude, because I had questioned her ignorance ? There is a big difference between being 'aggressive' and frustrated due to being ignored, so I do not accept that. I was frustrated due to lack of customer service. Since my daughter has left nursery, I've called and emailed in regards to a date as to when our deposit will be returned, which is meant to be refunded 1 month after child leaves. I received an unhelpful, patronising reply with no date stated, but they stated in the email 't&cs are clearly stated that refunds are sent 1 month after child leaves hence no refund yet') Is there any need for such a reply, I'm asking for a date when I'll receive the money back not a patronising response with no info included, or my question, as usual left unanswered. I email 3 more times and guess what ? no reply. I call again and spoke to someone who didn't sound professional nor was she polite, and her response was 'I've emailed you already'... yes she had to ONE email, but not to the last 3 emails I had sent 3 days prior asking for a date to be given as to when the money will be returned..? Eventually she tells me my money will be returned 1st week of may, which would be just over a month later. No problem. I finally have the info I need after stupid hassle. However 1st week of May came and went and I didn't receive the refund, or any further updates to inform of any delay? So I had to email AND call again to eventually be advised there was a delay... I eventually received my refund 6 weeks After my daughter left. I feel if I had't have chased it up, the refund would have taken even longer. They are in no hurry to cooperate with parents and make parents feel confident with them. I was concerned I wouldn't get my deposit back at all from the way it was being dealt with. Perhaps if the nursery admin staff had more training regarding professionalism and dealing with customers correctly, politely, promptly and giving parent accurate info when they ask for it and not coming across difficult and patronising, then this would be a lovely nursery. I would have liked to send my daughter back here in September, but due to how the admin staff treat and speak to you like you are some sort of idiot and seem reluctant to help or advise you or send deposits back in time without parents having to chase it and chase it, as well as taking far to long to reply or don't reply back at all!! I will certainly not be coming back.
