Had a wonderful experience at Decathlon Uxbridge. Overwhelmed with the service received from all the staff. I would like to especially mention the name of Ramona, Ricardo and Manuel from the Cycling department who went above and beyond to provide a five star service. The cycle that my daughter liked was not available in the store. Ricardo and Ramona went that extra mile to get this ordered from Brighton store. Ricardo has been super helpful with the buy-back arrangements and sorted everything out. And Manuel has been super kind to take the bike all the way to the car park and get that fitted in my car. Many thanks to all three of you for being so kind and helpful. I wish you all the very best.

I must say that Ricardo at Uxbridge branch has really demonstrated himself as an excellent and courteous employee of Decathlon. He is not only passionate about what he does in the repair workshop but he is also very thorough, focused and dedicated. Because of employees like Ricardo we wish to visit Decathlon again and again. I have been a customer of Decathlon for 4 years, and I can confidently say that their service is top-notch. From the product to routine maintenance and complex repairs, they have consistently provided reliable and efficient service.nEven they give the product warranty. Last year I purchased a running shoe from decathlon India and it tears while in use. And I have no idea about the warranty they provide as we all know each and every company provides warranty. But no one keeps their promises.nBut Decathlon, they keep that promise. When I asked about this to the Uxbridge team member Yash he was so helpful and he took the initiative to help me to replace the product. And I got a new pair the next day. And recently I have purchased an E-bike from them. I have zero knowledge about E-bikes confused about what to choose. But Yash was helpful he just explained and helped me to choose the best for me. The way he explained was so professional and understandable. He was so friendly and cleared all my doubts.Thank you Yash for the helping me out. You deserve a 5 start. Keep it up. And I have zero worries to purchase any products from decathlon.nThe whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
