Grazie Nat West ! I locked my self out with new bio metric system ! The bank is on open a Saturday I quickly drove there seen very fast an amazing woman Christine helped me unblock it and 10/10 for going through all the Secuirty questions & pass words ! The building is amazing as you can see by the pictures!

This place is a joke. The have one maybe two people on the tills with about 10 other people knocking around whilst there’s a que of people out the door. Elderly women clearly struggling to stay on their feet. When you finally get your opportunity to discuss your own money the woman I dealt with was very confrontational and disinterested then suddenly perked up when trying to pitch me a mortgage and savings account. Bad bad service.
Lovely building and lovely people. Service is absolutely perfect. Good advice given with plenty of time and as detailed as you ask. Information given is crystal clear and they give you plenty of options. If you do not know how to navigate the offers they will ask what is your objective and they will show you which ones best adapt to your needs. The space is absolutely gorgeous and second to none. We will be going back again.
Poor service though not the fault of staff. Head office buffoon needs to be fired. Not at usual lunchtime paid a visit, took 15 minutes just to get in a queue to see someone who can help to change address which I can't do online. Eventually had to leave and get back to work after wasting 20 minutes. Feel bad for the 1 lady on reception helping customers and question what the other 7 people are doing if not helping customers.
Staff OK but removed seats near cashiers. Would not replace them so difficult for people who can not stand for long. Photos of Bank sent to ask to be replaced unhelpfull. One lady said you should be glad you have a bank
Used this branch for first time last week to lodge a cheque. Ran out on lunch break hoping to do it quickly. Was welcomed when walked in and was shown how to use the new machines. Quick, easy, Very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the lovely lady who helped me.
