The customer service is good most staff hepful . You have main counter and small one . Speed of service depends on how busy it is . Few issues with manager . Also few complaints by several people .Customer service could be much better . Compared with Stockport or Manchester not up to same standard of service.

Most difficult to deal with. There are never any convenient appointments available. I had to travel to Stockport to register my LPOA as Buxton would not give me an appointment in the 2 weeks that I was there. Today I called to bring in a death certificate and they did not answer their phone, the call was picked up in Scotland and the earliest appointment I can get is in 10 days! This bank is not customer friendly at all!

The customer service in this bank was absolutely appalling! I called in today to deposit a amount of cash. There was no other customers in the bank, i walked up to the counter to a lady sat doing nothing. She asked "what i was in the bank to do", i said "hello i would like to deposit cash in to my card account". I was told "only people depositing £1000 or more get customer service and was told to go and deposit my cash at a machine". I can understand that if the branch is busy then yes use all options but this lady was doing nothing and her manner was very abrupt. I will not be using that branch again.
