Would give no stars if possible; been trying for an hour a day for a week to speak to my branch. Not once did they pick up the phone - terrible customer service and will be closing my account here.

What is the point of having a phone number if its NEVER answered, all i'm wanting is to arrange an appointment, looks like i am going to have to drive to the branch. Most annoying when i need to take time from work to sort a simple task like this

Appalling service, have just spent over a hour trying to ring for an appointment...nobody answers. Can't just 'pop in' as I live over 200 miles away. Still don't have an appointment.
