Absolutely disgusting attitude from the branch manager today. Full complaint lodged to the company. I can see why others have rated 1 star. If your going to be representing the branch as the manager, perhaps you ought to train up on customer service skills.
Worse than the RBS - and that's saying something. Don't ever borrow from them.
