Amazing bakery and drinks! We loved the goat cheese and pepperoni pizza. The owner is so kind and always takes time to talk to us. Definitely the best new place in Dublin! Edit: They have done a redesign since COVID so it’s less late night pizza and more of a cafe. Most reviews on here are from a few years ago before the change :
Just walked past and had to try the cinnamon bun, so glad I did. It was absolutely glorious, amazing addition to Temple Bar if your looking for something sweet and fresh. Will be a regular visitor from now on.
First day in Dublin, and I'm randomly passing by this little place. I come in, and right away, the owners are starting to be friendly with me, giving me taste of their lemon cinnamon roll, and we kept on chatting and chatting after I finished eating my lovely roll. Because of the roll was good, and because the owners are as sweet are their cinnamon rolls, here is my 5 stars review. I'll definitely come back :
Great food and fast service. They’re open late and they play great music. It’s close to a bunch of pubs and bars, so this is one of the spots people go to after the pubs and bars close. I ordered pepperoni pizza and fries. It took about 2 minutes to be ready. The garlic mayo is a must! Lots of seating available here. Washrooms available for use also.
Having unsuccessfully trawled Grafton Street, Temple Bar and the surrounding areas for dinner, we had resigned ourself to a quick and easy McDonald’s. Then Ray’s Pizza hove into view like an oasis in the desert. It does not do much but what it does, it does brilliantly. Giant slices of pizza and a can of soft drink for just €7.50 was just the ticket. In fact, the only complaint was that we’d not got there earlier to try out their cinnamon swirls which would doubtless have been brilliant too.
Was just passing by and decided to grab a quick hot drink, one of the best hot chocolates ever! The owner made it right in front of us from real pieces of chocolate and had the sweetest conversations about our visit in Dublin. Even got to try a cinnamon swirl which was so good
We went there on a Friday at 8pm. It was okkay. Pizza was a bit greasy and the chips weren't fresh. We paid 15 euros for two slices of pepperoni and a portion of chips. I wouldn't go back there unless I was desperate for food.
Got a 12" pizza and a drink deal for €10.95 Pizza was quite good plenty of toppings and service was fairly quick too. The staff were polite. Seating inside consists of some little booths and some bench seating at the windows. Worth a look, one of the better small pizza places. Had late opening hours also.
Pizza i ate: 12" pepperoni + onion. Not bad, lot of cheese. Not stone cocked served on wooden plate. At the end you can taste wood in pizza.
Found Raiz’s Pizza/Café yesterday while looking for a place to eat and decided to give it a go. I was interested in having something quick and uncomplicated and went for a mocha and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Coffee was great but the pizza was something else. Wow! Their dough is nice and crispy and I couldn’t help but ordering another one. The owner I believe he is the owner was very friendly and told me they make everything in the house - freshly baked. If you go there, don’t miss their cinnamon rolls either. You’re in for a simple, but fantastic experience with contort food. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Dublim!
