Absolutely terrible car park. They need to measure the cars that are being driven today. There is not enough space allocated, and all the posts if you are unfortunate enough to be parked by one make it far worse.n£2 per hour is expensive, especially when you intend to spend a lot of money in Shrewsbury. The location is the only good thing about this multi-story car park. It needs to advance into the times.
The car park widths are to narrow difficult to get into, it only works if youf passenger gets out before you park, you fold the passenger mirror flat with this side of the car parked against the pillar. The layout needs changing and an acceptance that the capacity will have to be reduced
This is the most overrated priced parking I've ever been too! We paid £8.40 for 4 hours!!! Day light robbery! You would think if it's that much to park then you wouldn't be a risk of scraping your car along all the beams you have to park between! Never again!
In the centre of Shrewsbury this carpark is very convenient to reach the river and all the shops in town.Park you're car up and then pay on your return at one of the machines and then scan your ticket as you leave.All very good apart from the actual parking spaces which are getting very tight as the cars are getting bigger.
The attendant at this car park is so rude and arrogant with no customer skills whatsoever. He is definitely in the wrong job. He wouldn't even answer simple questions, trying to belittle me. This encounter left me feeling very angry. He needs to be either retrained or sacked. Fri PM
