Good size, cheap parking near enough to the town, my go to if I’m parking all day! Only downside is minimal electric car charging however this applies to all the car parks in Shrewsbury and isn’t relevant for me, and there’s no shaded areas meaning on a hot day your car will be very hot but again this applies to most of the car parts. Biggest down side is to get into town you have to walk up wyle cop unless you go through the quarry which is always a workout haha
Really cheap car parking and a very short walk to the river and the edge of town where you can find some amazing buildings and independent shops as you walk over the bridge and up the street into the main market area of the town. Make sure you check out the indoor market when you visit. There are toilets at the car park. There are 2mtr height barriers. Will certainly use this car park again.
Spacious car park with ample parking however many times the card payments just aren’t going through. I’ve tried Apple Pay, tapping the physical card, but no can do. I’ve not had this issue before and very confused as it’s happened thrice now and I’ve had to pay an extra 10p or so using the MiPermit app
Handy car park for Shrewsbury centre without going g right into the town centre itself. It is opposite the Abbey just on the other side of the Great Britain bridge to the town centre so is only 2 minutes walk into the centre. Car park access is good but not that well signed and the car park itself is quite big with parking for longer vehicles like vans and motorhomes with no height restrictions I believe. The charges are very reasonable and takes card certai ly , not sure about cash so check is advisable.
Great parking about 5 mins walk from the town centre.nnRight opposite the Abbey which is well worth a visit.nnPaid £3.00 for 4 hours parking which was good.
