Reasonably priced car park with plenty of parking spaces, but it can fill up quickly, especially Saturday mornings. I'd recommend using the parking app, so you don't have to queue at the pay and display, can get notifications when your paid time is due to expire, and can also extend your stay without having to return to the car park to do so.
It's getting very overgrown at this car park site!nOnce the spaces are taken for all the middle slots, drivers need to squeeze into a space where the bushes will scrape & maybe scratch the side of your cars & the passengers don't have room to exit.nI've also noticed in the 4th September this year that bushes are so overgrown at the walking exit you cannot see the pay and display sign, it's totally enveloped by bushes....but that also includes the triffids poking out to catch you and almost trip you up as you enter and exit the site when walking through..nIt's about time it was maintained, seeing that's what customers are also paying for - safe parking, without being poked by holly & spiky bushes!!nI'll add photos next time!
Large car park you will usually get a space here.the entrance can be easily missed £4.80 max charge and machines will take cards.entrance is opposite the Abbey.
Good carpark, good hourly rate of 60p per hour. A bit of a climb into Shrewsbury up Wyle Cop. It is usually busy. Full on most days as it is the cheapest pay and display in the town.
Always find this is the ideal place to park when coming to Shrewsbury. Well priced and just on the outskirts of town so you can walk up quite easily
