I recently had my first consultation with Giovanna at Raquel Britzke Nutrition, and it was an excellent experience. The process was very smooth, from the initial InBody analysis to the detailed genetic and food intolerance tests. Giovanna took the time to thoroughly discuss my results, going into great depth about my nutrition needs and how we can tailor my plan to meet my goals. I really appreciated how comprehensive the conversation was, and I left the session feeling informed and optimistic. I’m excited to continue working with her and confident that I will achieve great results under her guidance!
Last week, I had my first consultation with Giovanna, and I was impressed. She was warm, friendly, and highly professional. She made me feel completely comfortable, taking the time to listen carefully to my health history and goals. I truly appreciate the clinic's approach. Beyond just weight loss, they focus on other crucial aspects of health, such as mental well-being and setting realistic, personalized goals. They also provide valuable education on nutrition, helping you understand your body’s unique needs. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!
I’ve been working with Gio for two months and have seen results! She doesn’t just give you a diet, but a sustainable way to eat that isn’t too restrictive. I love the recipes and can ask her for strategies to handle different situations that arise. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthy lifestyle change!
I was very disappointed with my experience with Lucia. During our first consultation she suggested I get extra private blood tests done with them to better tailor my meal plan, which I did, spending nearly £600 total. After these results, I recieved no information or follow up from Lucia on these results, even after explicitly emailing to which Lucia said she would, then never did. Even after following up again over a month later, explaining I needed the results for an important appointment with my GP I did not recieve a response. I would also like to add that when I asked Lucia prior to doing these blood tests, if they could test for absorption, she stated no and that was not possible. I know know from my GP that the nhs can test for absorption and so I was misguided by Lucia. Further, I felt her meal plans and advice was copy and pasted, not very personalised and when I asked her more in depth questions about metabolism and my issues she gave insubstantial answers. Overall, inadequate and unprofessional. I highly recommend you avoid.
I had my first appointment 1 month ago , I just wanted to be more healthy and lose some fat… I started the diet 4 weeks ago and without much effort as a super surprise I lost 6kg in 4 weeks. I was in shock because in the last few years I tried so many diets but they didn’t work. honestly Giovanna is magic! She made my meal plan and maaaagic…! Highly recommended…. !!! Today we had the second appointment then I’m so exited to start the new diet and see more results…
Amazing team work!!! Really care about our well-being in every way, not only on losing weight but also mental health issues which could disturb losing weight. They're very caring and polite. The best nutritionists I ever had. 10 stars for the team!!
I'm loving the treatment with nutritionist Giovana! She is super attentive! The daily support she offers makes all the difference, always ready to answer questions and adjust the diet. I'm able to stick to the diet, already seeing great results, and I feel much better. Highly recommend!

I have just started a Silver Package with Giovanna and, in just under a week, I have started to feel better and less inflamed. We have done a food intolerance test and she has quickly adjusted my meal plan to reflect the results. Giovanna is also amazing at providing personalised support - she's available to answer questions or clarify doubts via WhatsApp and has made a meal plan that includes the foods I love so it doesn't feel like restriction at all. So far, it's been an experience I would highly recommend to anyone seeking nutritional support and lifestyle changes. Thank you again Gio!
