Knowledgeable and kind staff. Many interesting items. Extensive Dr. Bach remedies range, roller ball aromatherapy oils, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, homeopathy remedies, books, face creams, tincture etc etc. I knew what I was getting but I spoke to the staff and she helped me pick a few more. I was advised to pick Dr Bach’s by instinct. I then read what the ones I picked were for and I did get the ones I needed.
Ordered online on 10 May and paid over £80 and 1st class post. Called in a week later and they said mail order doesnt work weekends. On 21 May still not arrIved. I needed acute remedies for after breast cancer surgery and they didnt arrive.
Was in the pharmacy today I have been attending this place for over 40yrs and the same kindness wisdom and service is provided. Thank you.
I have never been given bad advice in the 20 years I have used them. Postal deliveries have been prompt. Sometimes there is a longer wait in the pharmacy when they have many customers all needing advice and help. They listen carefully and ask probing questions to determine the most appropriate remedies and are meticulous in their preparation of these. Their booklets are useful general, for babies, for pets, etc. and good to buy. Prices are reasonable.
Im standing outside the shop in the rain...it would've been helpful to have the holiday opening hours posted on the window. Even better, on Google.

I just brought the rescue remedy and the lady at the reception was so rude and quite dismissive. I ask basic questions about the rescue remedy and mentioned homeopathy kit. She was so unhelpful and just patronising. I hope this lady finds happiness so she don't take it out on customers.
I just spoke to a woman to help me understand how to give my prescription to my 5 month old child and she was extremely patronising and quite rude. V unhelpful and strange experience. Wouldn’t use again.
I went to the pharmacy to buy a remedy which appeared being in stock on their website. After about 15 min in the shop the wait there is never short I was told that they don’t have the remedy but they are going to order it and I was asked to call them the next working day. I called as agreed and the person in the office who answered the phone was absolutely helpless and rude. She asked me to call back in 30 min and when I called back she just told me nobody ordered the remedy and hanged up the phone. Very very disappointed! I hope the pharmacists working there will want to take into consideration. I ordered the remedy somewhere else.
