I live in marion nc i bought a tank from this company and it will not work correctly acts like it has air on something wrong .makes the 2 time i have gotten one both did not work .i know it is not my equipment it is bad fill of tak .i had to go get a nother brand and had no problem .so i will never buy this product from radi charge any more trash. I am going to get money back from store were i got it from . this is trashy product do not buy

I used the company for one year and they got all full tanks for 396.00 and they cashed my check. Then I’m the middle of the night they pick everything up and did not tell and kept money of 396.00 . Do not use this company they ripped me off. I wish u would tell everyone you know and I telling everyone. So no one else gets ripped off.

I went for an exchange tank.ot was full but would t let the gas come out.i un hooked itturn the val e and still nothing came out.took it back got another tank and same thing nothing comes out the valve.tank is full but want work ..and can't get help to fix it so I have a full tank of prophane I can't even use.

Find another place to get propane.  Emails and phone calls go unanswered for months.  My store has not recieved any propane for the winter yet and not sure if we will ever get any.

We can never get anyone on the phone. We have been waiting for a delivery for a month and can not reach anyone to see the status of the order.

I have been trying to get Propane for over a year. I was first with Pinnacle and they gave me a great service. When I was in need of propane I called Pinnacle only to hear that the company shut down. About 6+ months pass and I hear that Rapid Exchange was our company. This company should’ve called and said something instead of having me lose sale after looking for other companies. Now I’m switching over to Mighty Flame after I made an order about three weeks but it seems like no driver wants to make a delivery. Do not even think about going to this company because they have workers that are not responding to other companies. If it was another company I would’ve gotten the order within 2-3 business days.

This company doing major scam. Coming out from no where after over six months claiming they owned my Propane tanks that I paid as an inventory when I purchased the business. I asked previous company which is Pinnacle Propane about the service that was interrupted for long time, said no longer in business in our area. They even advised me to google different supplier. Now this company comes and grab all my propane tanks  without owner acknowledgement. It seems like there more small business owner victims like me. If you had purchased Pinnacle then where were you  when we needed service, why you didn't come on time, why you guys come after 6 months, how about storage fees?

Out of the last 5 I've got only 2 have worked just get from somewhere else if this Is the supplier. Nothing worse than spending 30$ that most people won't exchange back. Sorry excuse for a company. Do us a favor and go out of business

These people dont care. Worst company/people to deal with. Save your time/energy/money by avoiding dealing with this company.

As a retailer I worked with this company for years and they've always been great to deal with.  They're always courteous, their product is fine, their tanks are always in good shape and clean.  Customer complaints were extremely rare, like 1 out of 200 tanks and half the time the fault was probably a leak at the customer's grill.
