The lateness is dreadfull. A popular shop because the food is indeed nice if you do not recieve it cold. I feel they should open two other branches in the two other towns as i believe they are good enough. This would cut the waiting time as drivers dont need to travel as far out.. the issue i have is 2.5 hours late for cold food will only build up the one stars... potential is there but they need to really strategise their business

Love ordering from this place.. Food is always on point and tasty.. delivery seems to be always early. Never had a problem here.. highly recommended.

Waited over 2 hours and still no food. Rang the restaurant only to be spoken to by a really rude woman. Appalling service both on the phone and delivery. 5 months pregnant and having a yogurt for dinner now!! Woman was so rude its disgusting. Definitely needs customer service training.

Same as everyone else really, if you want your meal on thursday night, try booking tuesday afternoon. Ridiculous wait

Normally love this place but made a order for delivery at 18.48 and was told 30 min wait phoned at 19.30 to see where they were they said 15 min. Phoned again at 19.50 to cancel order and lady said they had left so would be 5 mins it's now 20.38 so nearly 2 hours later and I get a call saying they are outside. Sorry but no thanks
