Ordered a delivered take away. We ordered from here because they are only 1.1 miles from my house and I will readily complain about cold take away deliveries. Half the food arrived cold and they left the digestive tract in the king prawns. Can't manage to fulfil the order via Just Eat, so our complaint cannot be handled by Just Eat. The eatery failed to complete the computerised order so as far as Just Eat are concerned, they cannot deal with our complaint. After 30 minutes of trying to get through on the telephone to lodge a complaint we took a trip to the eatery to discover the lights off, the door locked, no person was on premises to deal with my complaint; although the kitchen lights were on. Having repeatedly banged on the door to get the attention of someone who seemed to be on the premises but hiding in the kitchen, still taking orders via the Just Eat platform, I was patently ignored by the on site staff. Not just a failure of basic food hygiene and preparation, a complete disregard for their customers.
This review will tell you how unsatisfying the customer satisfaction is have the poor quality of service! After ordering through just eat and the money being withdraw from my account I was told that that I would revive the order within the hour. After the hour had passed I rang the enterprise many times and did not receive any answer after this I traveled to the business and to my disbelief the placement was closed. Even though my money had been withdrawn after this I spoke to my wife and we agreed to go elsewhere for food. Just on placing my order else where I revive a call from my wife explaining that the order was finally delivered from the previous enterprise, after 1hr & 45mins. When getting home I sat down to eat with my family and the food isn’t particularly good and not very hot. This incident was extremely outrageous and I experienced very poor care. I would never recommend this to absolutely anyone it is not very good in any way at all!
Absolutely Disgusting, the service I received was absolutely atrocious compared to other restaurants I have ordered from in the past. I don't actually know how a buisness like this can stay open when the food tastes appalling and the service is terrible. Waited 40 minutes for a delivery only to find that the food we ordered was spicy even though we stated that we did not want it spicy and the egg fried rice was spicy???? Don't know what's going on inside that place but it needs to be sorted out, the manager was screaming in the background when I was asking for a refund, I mean who sends a driver to the door, to collect the items that were wrong, and doesn't deliver the replacement at the same time??? The manager needs to sort it out big time. Very angry customer thanks for ruining my eve.
Absolutely awful! Rice was brown from sitting in oil. No egg in there either. Chicken balls was hard couldn't even bite. Half portion of burnt crispy chips. Oily curry sauce. DO NOT USE
Will not return, made a huge order, only about £8 of it turned up, rang to complain they wouldn't send the rest od the food or refund us our money, even Just Eat can't get hold of them, dont order from this place, disgusting attitudes who deserve a 0 rating!
Food arrived 1 hour 15 mins later than we were told. 2 hours 15 mins since time of ordering. Won’t be using again.
food was cold and greasy even my dogs refused to eat it waited over a hour for food from a 5 min walk away they said the driver was in heavy traffic yet the take away is at the end of the road jokers never again
Disappointed , tiny portions just 4 tiny chicken wings, half a slice of very wet soggy prawn toast, small soup and a pancake roll cost £16.50 with delivery
The best in Margate in my opinion, good quality food always tastes fresh, have being going there for a years.
Food good but delivery is painfully slow, 1h+ within Margate :
