Initial contact with Ralawise was very positive. My trade account was set up quickly within a few hours and I was able to place an order the same day. Receiving a welcome 10% off my first order was great and I am very much looking forward to receiving my first order.
I've been a customer with Ralawise for over 10 years. They were my primary supplier. They no longer are. My account manager left, my new one I'm on the second or third since my original one left, doesn't respond to emails or return telephone calls. Even when he says he will. It isn't my job to chase. Pricing is good, delivery times are very slow since Covid, between Ralawise and DPD, it usually takes 2 days, if not longer and then the chances of receiving the correct goods first time are around 50%. It is a shame as the customer service area seem like a really nice bunch of people. However, I need my orders preferably next day and correct, which they just don't seem able to do any longer.
Good company to work for and great money until you have personal problems. Then they don’t want to know. Was told that I was not good enough and dismissed after 3 month trail period due to not coping very well with the sudden death of a family member. Since then I’ve no longer been fit for work due to anxiety issues and depression.
I have switched from pencarrie 3 times and ended up coming straight back to ralawise , as they speak to me here like a human being without being rude or abrupt. There website is very easy to use. And prices are the most competitive
What can I say, since finding then via TikTok I have been happy with the service they provide. initially I was set back by the sign up procedure, but it its just a formality. Ralawise keep supplying quality material.
BEWARE! We placed an order for over £200 we wanted to exchange one of the items as it didn't fit for an item that was more than the existing one There is a £30 restocking fee & a £15 pick up fee. No exchange policy. The item is £31 so we are now stuck with it.
We have used Ralawise for approx 5 years now and they are excellent. The main reason for 5 stars though is their customer service, they have never let us down.
Shipping is really expensive at £10.74. Rarely has great stock levels. Apart from that they are pretty good. Just a shame about the postage and stocks
We have used Ralawise for around 13 years and they are our number one choice. Our area rep Aaron is fantastic and always on hand when we need any help. He has helped us to grow from hobby in the attic the what we are today. Aaron has always made time for us, getting to know our specific needs and his knowledge has helped us to provide the right products for our customers.
I Have used Ralawise since i started business 10 years ago and have been very happy with products and services
