Great soft play and lots of space to move around. The baby area is out the way of the older aged children part so makes it more relaxing for your little one. Food isn’t the best but not the worst either!
I have given the place 5 out of 5.but.the staff.have a lot to learn when dealing with the public. I understand that this will be a first job or even just a weekend job but a smile would not go a miss. Most of the staff just looked angry. You work with families and making sure people are having fun but your staff simply do not represent this
We really enjoyed it, the staff were amazing and very friendly. I love for the fact that the under 4's toddlers area it's in a completely different area next to the café on the left hand side we paid £6.95 for our 16 month old boy and myself and my partner were entry free, so I can't complain about the price, as most softplays charge for the child and also the parents. The reason why I cannot give 5* it's because the train ride was quite scary to my son very loud when train started moving and also because the play area was dirty still. We were there @ 9:30 apart from that we would definitely go back.
