Great pub excellent location and friendly staff

The Railway is proper. It has a huge smoking lid out the front. It does bands. The staff are mint. You meet all kinds in there. It even has original 'Shanks' porcelain in the gents.... before they morphed with Armatige. What more do you want from a railway boozer. Done. x

Beer not kept well served a very hazy pint couldn't drink it.

Great selection of beers, several of which are brewed by the pub itself. Friendly atmosphere in the pub, great staff, good prices.

A tiny pub adjacent to Newton Abbot train station. It's small, quiet and good for a swift or relaxed pint either after a long train journey or while you wait for a lift. Also a great place to start to observe the locals when you're fresh off the train.

Nice friendly staff

Nice old fashioned drinkers pub, saw a band here Audius Maximus, if you like rock music seek them out they were brilliant.
