Loved the location of the guest house. Room was clean & comfortable. Although breakfast was not included didn't make a difference. Only thing never saw the owner, key was in a key safe on arrival.nI would use the guest house again.
Compact, dog friendly, room only accommodation. Very clean & sufficiently equipped with nice, quaint decor. Great value for money. Thank you for a lovely weekend stay.
Very well placed for walks to the beach and swanage railway. Would stay again rooms are a good size for a family of 3-4.
Had a lovely stay here with my partner. Car park is opposite and very close to town and the sea front. Comfortable bed and spacious. Easy check-in at the front door. I would stay here again
This guest house is in a great location.nWe had a room with 2 twin beds and a bathroom. It had a mini fridge, kettle, and lots of tea to choose from, which was nice. It does not have breakfast. We didn't meet the owners as everything was emailed, and just directions on where to get the key.nnThe bed was a bit uncomfortable, and you could hear noise from the people living below and in the other rooms, but it wasn't too bad as all noise stopped early. The rooms could be a bit cleaner, with some cobwebs on the shades and mold around the windows in the bathroom. The shower barely worked, and we didn't complain as we were only staying 2 nights. We did get a text from the owner with an apology. They said that the pump was broken and had they knew they would have switched our rooms. The owners seem to be very nice and considerate.
