Ragley Hall, Park & Gardens

About

Ragley Hall, Park & Gardens is a great day out for all the family as well as the perfect venue for weddings, exclusive-use events, meetings, outdoor events and teambuilding.

Story

Ragley Hall is a stately home, set withing 450 acres. The Hall is available for private events - weddings, meetings, private lunches and gala dinners.

The Park consists of an Adventure Wood, 2 woodland walks and lots of field space for outdoor events, such as festivals and concerts.

The Ragley Lake is stunning for water sports and teambuilding. Visitors can hire rowing boats, pedal boats and kayaks.

There is something of interest in Ragley Gardens 12 months of the year. The Winter Garden and collection of snowdrops bring a cheer to the cold depths of winter. Spring meadows and bulbs make way for summer meadows and stunning displays of annual bedding. The new Rose Garden is bursting with colour from early summer and keeps on packing a punch right up into September when the Prairie Garden starts to come into its own creating dynamic displays in the low level light of Autumn.

Just returned home from a fantastic long weekend Thurs 24th to Mon 28th Aug at Camper Calling Music Festival. What a great family friendly music festival in a beautiful location. The music line up was fab with Reef, Cast, Badly Drawn Boy, Gabrielle, McFly and Ocean Colour Scene performing plus lots of others. There was something for everyone to do or listen to at the festival. This was our 3rd year of coming and it didn’t disappoint, apart from heavy showers and a bit of thunder on Saturday. This is such a great music festival if you are into great music, campervans and camping.
I photographed a beautiful wedding at Ragley Hall and wanted to say what a pleasure the staff at Ragley were to work alongside. Having captured over 1,300 weddings over almost 20 years, I've seen the good and the bad, and Ragley is up there with the best, and friendliest! With professional and helpful coordination back stage, it felt like a true team effort to give the Bride, Groom and their guests the best day ever. Here are a few photos from the day! Rich x
Went on the Friday 1st day of 3 day festival The organisation of getting on and off the site was really well done. The weather was amazing. But unfortunately due to strong winds the wonderful balloons couldn't fly , which of course was to be the main attraction ... so we only saw one or two being partially inflated .. a great shame. But for everything else , the Lancaster bomber, Spitfire , Hurricane and of course the Euro fighter WOW ! The RAF Falcons parachute team , the bi planes , wing walkers all very exiting ...
It was the airshow last weekend, I loved it, weather was brilliant there was a slight breeze so I was kept cool, but it got colder in the night and we didn't bring enough blankets. Note to self, next year take warm blankets for everyone
Visited Ragley Hall, Park & Gardens for the ABR Festival 2023 Adventure Bike Rider. Fantastic event, setting, and venue. Approximately 12,000 motorcycle enthusiasts, adventure travellers speaking, famous motorcycle racers, trails, test rides, exhibitions, stalls, bands, high quality food and refreshments for a long weekend in June. Really excellent.
Absolutely amazing grounds and hall. So worth the visit. Although ground can be uneven and some hills still very suitable for all ages.
I recently had the pleasure of attending the ABR festival held at Ragley Hall, and I can confidently say it was an absolute blast from start to finish! This festival brought together my love for bikes, thrilling mud tracks, delicious food, live bands, and refreshing drinks, creating an unforgettable experience. The highlight of the festival was undoubtedly the exhilarating mud tracks. As an avid bike enthusiast, I couldn't resist the opportunity to test my skills on the challenging courses. The tracks were well-designed, offering a perfect balance of excitement and safety. The adrenaline rush I felt while navigating through the muddy obstacles was unmatched, and it was incredible to witness the impressive stunts performed by skilled riders. Beyond the thrilling bike action, the festival also excelled in providing a delightful culinary experience. The variety of food options available was impressive, ranging from delectable street food to gourmet delights. I savored mouthwatering treats from various food stalls, each serving up unique and delicious dishes. The festival organizers ensured that everyone's taste buds were catered to, making it a gastronomic adventure in itself. To add to the festive atmosphere, live bands took the stage, filling the air with infectious energy and fantastic music. The lineup featured talented local and international artists who entertained the crowd with their electrifying performances. The combination of bikes, music, and enthusiastic spectators created an electric atmosphere that had everyone dancing, singing along, and thoroughly enjoying themselves. Of course, no festival experience is complete without refreshing drinks to quench your thirst, and the ABR festival had that covered too. The beverage options were aplenty, with a range of refreshing drinks available, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It was refreshing to sip on cool beverages while taking breaks from the action, enjoying the lively ambiance and mingling with fellow festival-goers. The festival grounds were thoughtfully organized, providing ample space for attendees to explore and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The organizers had clearly put a lot of effort into creating a visually appealing setup, with vibrant decorations and engaging activities scattered throughout the venue. Overall, the ABR festival at Ragley Hall estate was an extraordinary experience that catered to every aspect of my enjoyment. The thrilling mud tracks, mouthwatering food options, high-energy live bands, and refreshing drinks created a perfect blend of excitement and entertainment. The festival showcased a true celebration of bikes and brought together like-minded individuals in a festive and welcoming environment. I can't wait to attend next year's edition and create even more incredible memories."
We visited when a classic car show was on, it rained but we still had a lovely visit, the house is closed but the gardens are fantastic. Well worth a visit, it cost £15 each to get in.
