I got a delivery last night which took 1 hours 45 minutes to be delivered 0.8 miles away. The chicken was all bone and no meat. The chips were soggy and cold and to top it off there was no salt on anything and we specifically asked for just salt on all food. As the order was placed through just eat, I had left a note asking for my steakette to be well done and also just salt on everything. When the food arrived and there was no salt I phoned and asked to speak to the boss. At that point a woman came on and when I said it wasn’t acceptable that the order wasn’t right considering I left specific instructions and she then proceeded to tell me in a ignorant cheeky manner that it was acceptable that they didn’t do what I had requested at that point my partner was ready to take the phone as of how cheeky that woman was being. No harm but you need to either train your staff properly or stop employing people who have no customer service knowledge.
1 hour and a half wait food was stinking could tell it was in the heater for ages chips where like bricks Mayo on the burger was like scrambled egg it was in the heater that long gravy and curry both lumpy and it cost be 24 quid and to add insult to injury they forgot the two tins of Fanta on the plus side the dogs liked it. Never leave reviews anywhere but that was a joke.
Average. Food was ok, ordered a large hotdog among other food, got home and the "hotdog" was 2 sausages cut in half and stuffed into a burger bap!! At least be upfront with your customers, if you don't have something or have run out, tell me so I have an option to order something different! Really disappointed, as I hadn't eaten much all day and was looking forward to a chippy. Advice :- double check your order before you leave the shop
Put an order in for the familly staff didnt listen properly took the order roung then left out some food +drinks When calling them back they dont be polite specifically one staff member that was trying to send the messed up order that wasnt took down + trying to charge for those mistakes
Food was very standard, wasn't presented well. Don't get me wrong you will eat it but I'll not be going out of my way to rush back. Other shop in West Belfast is 1000 times better.
Just got a Texas burger and a fish supper. First class food.staff freindly and the place is very clean and tidy ,served very quickly aswell. Will be back for sure.
Honestly won't be ordering again! Over an hour for the delivery only to get a gravy chip that was half cooked, a cheeseburger that had no cheese, asked for it fully dressed....dressings must come out of their wages because there was about 3 bits of lettuce and 2 bits of onion not even making that up! If they listened more to the customers order and paid attention to what they where doing instead of talking to each other while your trying to place your order that would be great!
Almost 2 hours waiting on 2 fish and a burger had to phone twice and ended up cancelling and getting elsewhere. Not even so much as an apology just said we are really busy. This place is 10mins from my address and was no traffic on the roads and nowhere is that busy. Will never order from here again.
Sorry but the batter was horrible. Tail end of Fish.god knows what.god almighty. Staff just nasty. Salt and vinegar. Yeah it's on it no it isn't
Such lovely friendly staff, the fish is divine. All flaky and battered, with a gorgeous taste. Sadly when I was in the weasel wrestling had been cancelled, but reports say it could return in the new year.
