Quite basic Hotel, for my belonging at this time it was fully OK. Room size perfect. Internet and a table to sit on to do the office work. TV, water kettle in the room. Nice to have a sofa in the room. The bed does have a quite soft mattress which I did not like too much. Bathroom OK. All in all it was worth the prize and I would book in again.
Friendly staff, perfect location for what we needed and cheap enough but the quality of the room was poor. One curtain covering only half of the window, grout in the bathroom was black, second bed in the room was really a couch, main bed was like marshmallow, no remote for the tv and the mugs were dirty. It did what we needed and being at the back it was quiet but I wouldn't stay there again.
Surprisingly good. I only picked it because it was the closest to where I needed to be the next morning, but was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, showers worked well and amazingly the Indian restaurant next door was still open and happy the serve is when we arrived at 10 to midnight. The food was very good as well.Rooms: 4/5
We stayed with our dogs, which was additional but not much more. The bath was great. I thought it was great value overall, and there's a restaurant/ bar adjacent. The staff were extremely helpful and so courteousRooms: 3/5
The staffs are quite pleasing however the rooms / bathrooms should be adequately cleaned / maintained. The flushing system in my toilet requires a special technique to stop regular flow of water in the cistern. Another room offered as a replacement has moulds in the toilet and some parts of the walls are damaged.Rooms: 3/5
Just the job. Mixed sports group so large rooms many beds ideal. Was expecting it to be a bit dingy but was impressed. Decent curry house next door. Going to book for next time.Rooms: 4/5
Staff were helpful. Room was clean, but had been set up for one person, rather than two with one mug, one set of towels and one set of shower gels. I was given an extra mug when I asked, but didn't nice the other shortfalls until it was too late.Rooms: 4/5
The rooms have been neglected, the bed linen was un ironed and it appeared to have shrunk so it wasn’t a good fit - this is how I discovered the mattress was badly stained. There was also no hot water for the two days I stayed here. If they invested a little more this could be a reasonable hotel.
We didn't expect anything amazing, it didn't bother us that room needed a bit of TLC. However we were very disappointed how dirty, especially the bathroom was, the toilet and bath were not cleaned at all for sure. Another problem is the traffic noise. The hotel is right by a dual carriageway, so the traffic is very loud and doesn't stop all night. We didn't sleep at all. Bad experience and waste of money.
We arrived today a bit early . Was given room key for room7. The bed looked like it been slept in and not changed. Pulling duvet back there was a brown stain on sheet. The room door looked as if it's been kicked in before. Window look was broken. The settee was so worn down. I just gave back key and left . We didnt feel safe. For the price it was disgusting . We now booked a Premium inn for £10 more at least they got standards. A clean bed . Reading reviews it was all about lack of parking that why we arrived early , glad I did and then left just as quick. Rooms: Bed looked as if it slept in and nit changed. Brown mark on sheet.
