Very helpful especially wen in need of my mental health problems staff are nice and really caring it may seem like they don't at times but they actually do really care and they have definitely been helping me and my problems in a way there a blessing as I needed help and they accepted me for help and I can't thank them enough for there help I'd recommend there help it's been a 10/10 service to me it seems a little strange at first being on a ward but the staff made me feel welcome and like I'm a personnnThis review may change soonnDue to another stay but only put truthful reviews so to be continued!nnUpdate :- same place just a different ward but my review stays the same lovely staff that listen or help and my problems I'm getting help with made me feel slightly worry free so my review stays the same amazing help and understanding staff 10/10 I would give to the help I'm getting
Great staff right from the lovely receptionists right through to the neuropsychiatrist who I saw. All patients are treated with the upmost respect and dignity.nThere should be more units like radbourne around the country to help suffers of mental health disorders like myself.nHIGHLY RECOMMEND
In 2022 from April till August I was at the Radbourne unit with severe Psychosis and then developed Catatonia. After 12 sessions of ECT I finally was discharged. The staff were amazing. Thank you for saving my life and giving my family updates and a peace of mind and hope that I will recover. :
I’ve been here, sleeping on waiting area for 10 bight Redbone unit Ward 34 it was not the fault, very friendly Doctors and nurses many thanks for them and I’m very happy about the service, but one cheater and manipulator from emergency department. Try to manipulate me and talk me under the pressure for several months if anybody coming here make sure to raise your complain sometime you may get miniplate and gaslighted form emergency you could come wrongly here, but the staff are very friendly. It was not the department fault and they help me a lot and money. Thanks for it. Very friendly doctors and nurses
