I found Des Gosling's website when searching for solutions to some problems my mother was having getting into the car.nAfter leaving an enquiry, I received a prompt and extremely helpful response from Des signposting me in the right direction.nnThe website itself is an excellent resource which I found really informative, helpful and easy to navigate. It also gave us some hope and inspiration back when we had expected not to be able to find any solutions at all to our quite niche needs!nnDes has gone above and beyond to be helpful and supportive and to help me find what I needed, even though we live well outside the catchment area. I highly recommend this service and am really grateful!
I recently had a hoist fitted to my Transit Crew Cab Custom by Des Gosling Ltd.nWhilst not your normal fitting they were able to adapt a hoist for me. From my initial enquiry, in person visit with my wife to enable the company to view the power chair and vehicle. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and its workforce.nThe welcome was very warm, together with a freshly made coffee, listening to what we wanted with various options explained to us.nHaving booked a date for the fitting two days before our booked holiday they went above and beyond to complete the installation even loaning me a vehicle to drive home in.nThe fitter Scott worked two hours over his finishing time to complete the job, explaining and demonstrating the operation to me until I was fully happy.nAlistar, Guy and Craig also deserve a mention for subsequent work carried out a further small jobnNot forgetting the office staff for the knowledge of products when asked further questions.nAll staff are a credit to both themselves and the company.nThank you all for your excellent attitude, welcoming greeting and the time given to my wife and me.nI would recommend this company very highly to anyone requiring vehicle adaptations.
Just had a Des Gosling vehicle specific pedal guard fitted to a new Volvo xc 40. It’s the best pedal guard I’ve ever had by a long way. Lots more leg room, a great product,well worth the extra. Thank you all.
We are delighted with the hoist that has been installed in my V.W Polo. It is for use with a power chair and will enable myself and partner to access many places at a distance from where we live previously impossible due to my partners restricted mobility. I have no hesitation in recommending the service offered by Des Gosling Mobility.
